That time of year again
Well its bombing snow outside my window and right now all I can think of is waxin the board and strapping in. But until there is enough snow on the hills grab yourself a copy of Capita's new movie Defenders of Awesome which features chopper head TJ Schneider.
No Dice. Yet.
So due to some unforseen and unexplainable circumstance We did not receive our shipment of Dice Issue #40. Somewhere out there is a big box of dice issues collecting dust. Or some very entertained mailmen. We apologize for anyone waiting but don't worry, theres more coming. I should get them by early next week. Stay tuned.

Progress on the 71 sporty
So he finally got the new back bone in place and has the frame tacked in place. He is keeping the original drum so is in the process of drilling a crossover through the frame. This monster is 6'3" and did the right thing by stretching this bad boy out 4". New home made risers and sweet original King Queen to top off the chop! cant wait to see it rolling down the road brother!
Sweet staples!!! the result of a cutting wheel deciding to let loose!

The Glory stompers
I've been looking for this one for awhile and just finished watching. Man Dennis hopper in his prime! So many cool bikes too. Chino's knuckle, Smiley's pre-unit, these bikes were the real deal. Look it up on Netflix if you haven't seen it yet. Well worth the watch man.

The Executioner
Just came across this on the Bay. Georgeous Canadian street tracker with all the fixins. Ceriani front end, 80" ironhead with more mods than I can even begin to fathom, xr750 frame. Those solid wheels look great on it too. I really dig this bike. If you are made of money, go get it here
Cafe racer for sale
If you know your Hondas then you know how cool this bike is. This is a very sought after 1974 CB400F. It was bought new in 74 by the previous owner who then customized it as you see it here sometime in the late seventies/early eighties. The bike was last plated in 89' and the engine was then sent to a well known builder and racer in Edmonton. The motor was completely rebuilt with a Yoshimura big bore kit to 468cc. Track Cam installed and head porting done. It has been wrapped in a blanket and stored in a heated garage ever since. 0 miles on it. The bike came into my possession from the original owner 2 years ago and has been in heated storage ever since. These bikes were light and fast right out of the showroom and have been coined as Honda's "Little Ferrari" Heres the details on the bike.
74 honda CB400f
468cc yoshimura big bore kit
track Cam, ported head
Yoshimura Race pipe, very RARE
Clubman handlebars
custom dished tank to allow clearance for clubmans.
vintage Pirelli Phantom rubber, still runnable.
Koni shocks
fork brace
cafe seat (could use a recovering)
custom rear fiberglass cowl
fiberglass cafe fairing
This bike is 95% complete, just needs to be re-assembled. Would make a great winter project that doesn't require too much work. Needs a new key cylinder ($25 on ebay), tank cleaned out, and maybe a coat of paint. Bike is located in Saskatoon. I will regret selling this motorcycle. email brianwjessop@gmail.com or call (306) 220-7982
Adios old friend

The open road
Brian Harlow over at Kemosabe and the Lodge has decided to stop life in its tracks and hit the road across the midwest with just a backpack and a thumb for a few months and is chronicling it for our blogging pleasure. I have to say I am a little jealous. To be able to drop everything and experience something like this is pretty damn cool. Personally I missed my chance, i'd miss my wife and kids too much and my boss would wonder where the hell I am. Too many people relying on me now I guess. Head over to the lodge and follow him yourself. Kinda like a real life movie, but the script hasn't been written yet. Cool stuff.
