Gang law ruled unconstitutional

interesting clip from the Star Pheonix here in Saskatchewan. The HA successfully fought the law that prohibited gang members from wearing their colours in bars and other licensed establishments.

while not a member myself I have to agree this law was unconstitutional and should have been over turned.
